For this coming session’s registration, we encounter a couple of cases whereby players claim that they have registered long ago but has not receive acknowledgement.

We do not have any idea what might have happened because your registration notification is sent to all 3 organisers’ e-mail by WordPress. This is the first time we are encountering this issue for the past 6 months.

Please be reminded that we will definitely acknowledge your registration within 12 hours. If you do not receive it on time, please do not hesitate to contact us directly via phone or email or even facebook for clarification.

To be fair to other players whom we have seen their registration notification proper, we are unable to acknowledge your registration date&time as per what you say.

To players who got caught up by this, we are sorry that it had happened but we seek your understanding on this.
