With immediate effect, players are now given 95 minutes to complete their han-chan. At the 90th minute, the current hand will be treated as last hand and will be allowed to finish it.

This is implemented due to two reasons:

• To train our players to play faster. The WRC standard is 75 minutes + 2 hands. With 90 minutes, it should be a more comfortable time range for all players.
• It is slightly fairer for the time constraints to be spreaded more evenly. Currently, Game 3 is likely to have a shorter time to complete the han-chan.
