A very basic Riichi Mahjong guide designed as per to the understanding of Singapore Mahjong players is completed.
The guide is split into Part 1 and Part 2. Part 2 is more of memory work and it is possible to play and win (not very well of course) in Riichi Mahjong as long as one has internalise Part 1.
