Please note of the following
- There was no occurrence of a tie. There was a mistake of transfer of riichi stick. The correct amendments have been made and the affected players were notified and agreed to the changes.
- Chombo Penalty for this League is -5 points.
- Please note that these games are eventually rated once the database is back. So the -20 rating chombo penalty still applies. If anyone is thinking that chombo no longer matters at the final session of League, better drop the thought. 🙂
- Newcomers are excused from Chombo Penalty. Players who have attended at least 1 session, are no longer considered newcomers. However, some rare cases of chombo due to invalid kan can be excused if the offending player is relatively new (case by case). If you have been playing for like a year, there’s pretty much no excuse. *laughs*
