I will be leaving Singapore on 22nd March for a semester exchange in Tokyo and then will be very busy with my final year in SMU before I graduate. Most students have a more relaxing life in their final year but for my case, all my difficult modules are in my final year and are the things (Analytic) that I am looking forward to learn about. So I would like to fully focus on learning about them.
During my hiatus, I will still be maintaining this website, working on ideas that develop the community, our logo & shirt. Hopefully by 2020, we will look a lot a lot a lot more established. I’m not quitting Mahjong of course. I will pop up once in a while as a player and help out with organising tournaments.
While I’m away, welcome Kae Jer and Eric Quek as the new organisers! They will be your active organisers during my absence and Heng will be back once he graduates from University.
They might alter a little how the sessions to be conducted. This will be announced by them. They might “stumble” a bit here and there as new organisers so I hope everyone can be understanding and continue to be cooperative with them.
My last words: I feel a bit “bu she de” to drop this commitment as organiser but I am very happy that we have come this far as a tiny little community. It is heartening to see more people contributing to grow this community. Please continue to support!

ALL THE BEST, EVERYONE!!!!
