Good/Bad news~
Because there is a high possibility that 23rd September is Polling day, the tournament date will be changed to 24th september. This is NOT a backup date. This is a confirmed re-schedule to avoid any complication because Heng is taking leave for us to host this tournament so we cannot really afford to change the date at the last minute.
Sorry that for this time, dual (riichi & mcr players) have to choose either the MCR or Riichi tournament to participate (the dates clashed). We cannot really afford to further postpone 1 more week because everyone is getting very busy with school. Also, sorry that it might be a little tiring for people with school/work on Monday morning.
